On a journey where two roads connect… Meet your trainer.

I’m Natalie, your mobile wellness facilitator.

I have a bachelor’s degree in biology and have spent the bulk of my life as a painter, professional photographer, and mother. After living side-by-side with anxiety and CPTSD I chose to embark on a healing journey with breath and conscious movement at its center.

Years of practice later I felt a strong desire to combine my love for people and creativity while searching for a way to shine light on mental health. So, I received my 200-hour yoga training, here, in Baton Rouge. After a year of teaching, I continued my training in Pilates, as well as advanced trainings with Yoga Detour and Navina, focusing on movement science, empowered education, anatomy, and physiology. I recently completed my enhanced training in Thai Bodywork so that I can further share the wonders of the nervous system.

I am the trainer you didn’t know that you needed. I consider every body to be a beautiful Rubik’s cube that just needs the right amount of attention and safe space before it can reach its full potential. I believe wholeheartedly in a holistic approach to movement and wellness. A sound mind gives way to a sound body. This is why I do what I do—mindfulness, mobility, and strength all working synergistically to help us maintain a healthy life. I am not a healer. Together, we are facilitators of healing.
